So Simple - Why Wouldn't You Do It? Leave Your Car, Lock it

This is so simple - why wouldn’t you do it?   Through facebook, I have various Patch subscriptions.   Patch?  If you are not familiar with Patch - they describe themselves as a community-specific news, information and engagement platform driven by passionate and experienced new media professionals.   Here's a link to the patch website(not community specific):

In the past few days, I’ve read some patch posts about items being stolen from cars in some neighborhoods in my local area.   Terrible yes but easy to prevent - why?   The method of entry according to the posts --
unlocked car doors.   What?   Sure, many of our communities can be described as relatively crime-free but let’s not invite crime so easily.   Leave your car and lock it!

Pretty simple and something we can all do.  Michael Jacobs is a Realtor who serves the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley including the Northeast Foothill communities within the city of Los Angeles and can be reached at 818.516.4393 cell or michaeljacobs@coldwellbanker.com

Thanks for re-blogging this post.  I too have made the mistake of not locking my car door and allowing a criminal to do a lot of damage.  Best of success to you this year for a strong finish!
